Boot Camp / Tabata Take Down
Fit 4 Life Boot camp class occurs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 5:30 AM. Each camp is a 4 week program where you work in a Co-ed indoor/outdoor environment taught by Fit 4 Life Instructor Justin. This is a great option for anyone that needs a high energy strength training and cardiovascular workout. It is a serious group fitness class offered inside or outside. It is an appropriate program for all levels. Individuals that need to take their workout and weight loss goals to the next level will appreciate this program. Training will include total body strength training, cardio, sprints uphill, and core work. Participants should anticipate agility work, speed work, and to use 8lbs-25lb dumbbells during camp.
