The Superwoman’s solution to a super body through a personalized plan, Unlimited Group Personal Training includes personalized workouts while using the super exciting Polar zone training system. Scientific research has shown that workouts performed at 85% of heart rate max will stimulate fat burn specifically from our fat stores. Workout formats include Tabata style high intensity intervals, Metabolic Fitness Training, plyometrics, and female physique toning all within a private environment with family like support.

With unlimited access to personal training sessions AND access to ALL of the fitness/cardio classes (with a 8, or 12 month membership or $20 add on to the four month membership), YOU CAN WORKOUT WITH US 6 DAYS A WEEK!!!

Cost: $159 / Month with 4 Month Contract (5% discount for 8 Month Contract, 7% discount for 12 Month Contract)
