Solving weight loss related problems:
Triggers, emotional eating, food pushers, special occasions, stress, feelings of deprivation, discouragement, lack of motivation, scale avoidance, disappointment, and other challenges that interfere with your weight loss efforts.
This cognitive-behavioral approach to weight loss and maintenance will be offered in person. Lose weight by learning how to think differently. You will begin on the path to no longer think like an overweight person, but instead a thin person. Materials will be provided in place. Recommended text will be shared during registration.
