F4L Newbies Level 1

Level 1 – F4L Newbies $189

This program is appropriate for anyone completely new to the Fit 4 Life experience.

Expect 7-15lbs lost, Inches Lost, Muscle Tone and Improved Stamina! Program includes: Measurements, weigh ins, before and after pictures and group coaching calls. There is no guesswork or outside training on your part. All training will occur at F4L. Tiffany and Justin will be very hands on with getting you to your goals.

 

CLASSES

  • Participants are required to participate in 5 classes ever week
  • A polar heart rate monitor is required

  • Tuesday | Hip Hop Kickboxing | 6:00 AM
  • Tuesday | Cardio Funk & Sculpt | 6:30 PM
  • Thursday | Butts & Guts | 6:00 AM
  • Thursday | SHRED | 6:30 PM
  • Friday | Hip Hop Kickboxing or The Vixen Workout | 6:30 AM
  • Saturday | Cardio Dance or SHRED | 7:00 AM followed by Deep Stretch @ 8:00 AM

F4L Intermediate Level 2

Level 2 – F4L Intermediate $209

This program is most appropriate for anyone who is new to Fit 4 Life and looking to take their fitness to the next level with personalized attention. Whether you are currently exercising or not this program can be adjusted to any individuals needs.

This program is most appropriate for anyone who is currently exercising and looking to not only take their fitness level to the next level, but also uncover why their current exercise is not yielding desired results.
